Antiga Arabia launches the Streshinskiy Collection art book

Antiga Arabia, together with Dimitry, Suzana and Ivan Streshinskiy, has successfully launched its announced book "Antique Oriental and Arab Weapons and Armour - The Streshinskiy Collection" at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition - Adihex 2010.
The official presentation of this quite unprecedented work, written and compiled by world-famed professor Manouchehr Moshtagh Khorasani and pictured by the Moscow-based internationally acclaimed photographer Andrej Bronnikov, was received extremely well by all the Abu Dhabi authorities and Vips who were invited to the presentation.
Among others, H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi, General Secretarty of the Executive Council expressed his appreciation for the thorough work, examining the book closely.
H.E. Saif Al Hajeri, Ceo of Offset Program Bureau also dedicated a long time to a detailed analysis of the book and lengthy discussion with the owner of the Collection, Mr. Dimitry Streshinshkiy and the Publishers Nicola Bandini and René Leonarduzzi.
H.E. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Hasher Al Maktoum, UAE's national hero and gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olimpic Games was also fascinated by the Streshinskiy Collection book and blades on display.
Talks on a possible full exhibition of the Streshinskiy Collection in Abu Dhabi in a near future, are ongoing at the moment with the highest officials of the UAE Government.
